The new and comfortable flat is located on the ground floor of the house with a large private covered terrace with table and chairs at the entrance.the kitchen is modern and equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, extractor bonnet, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils. The bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit, bidet, towels are provided two per person (weekly change), the flat offers a bedroom with double bed (180x200), bedside tables and night lamps, large wardrobe. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen satellite TV, a coffee table, a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi internet connection.
A barbecue, trampoline for children and free parking are available for shared use in the fully fenced courtyard.
