The area is quiet, with a lot of greenery around, the closest beach is that of the Kanegra tourist village and it is also the most beautiful beach on the Umag Riviera. The beach with gravel and pebbles, a crystal clear sea, pine trees on the coast to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day.
The nearest supermarket is located in the tourist village Kanegra 1200 m, the Vera restaurant 150 m, Kanegra beach 1200 m, the center of Umag 6 km.
In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centres, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.

The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster. - to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.
