Great location in downtown Ulm, great for shopping and dining, everything is in walking distance. The heated bathroom floor is very nice! They offer a buffet breakfast. We only missed having a coffee machine in the room. The staff is very friendly, I have stayed there before and recommend the Ricu hotel for a stay in Ulm.

Location is very good, directly central in the city. Bars, Restaurants directly in the area (even in the ground floor of the same building). Very friendly and quick reception. The only little thing is disliked is: when i entered the room, it was smelling smoke, obviously somebody was smoking in this room before. This is very inconvient for non-smokers and should be made sure by the hotel. Obviously only signs with 200EUR fees are not sufficient.

Staff was nice. Room was large with a big bathroom. Very quiet. Best bed, pillows, bathroom and overall room on our Christmas Market travels thus far. The staff was also very helpful in ordering a cab to the train station and making sure we didn’t miss it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very nice and updated hotel in the heart of all the activity. A little hard to find off the alley. We had to call hotel to get exact location as not easily identifiable.

Trevligt hotell mitt i Ulm, nära till allt. Hjälpsam personal och bra frukost. Aningens dyr för utbudet på frukosten men en stabil grund för dagen. Rummet var mycket trevligt. Lite konstiga öppetider för receptionen. Ingen reception på morgonen tillexempel.

Dejligt hotel meget tæt på domkirken og rådhuset. Man skal parkere bilen i parkeringskælderen ved rådhuset men der er kort at gå til hotellet derfra.

Gutes Hotel und tolle Lage.
