The manager on duty was unresponsive to our calls and messages, despite us reaching out regarding a serious concern. We discovered two large reptiles in our room and immediately sent photos to him, yet received no response. Additionally, his demeanor during check-in was unprofessional and rude.
Due to these circumstances, we were unable to stay in the villa even for a single night. I believe there should be customer policies in place that allow guests to lodge formal complaints and seek refunds in situations like this. I reaching out to expedia
