Breakfast menu was great. Room was clean, but the window seal had cracks in the plaster surrounding the window. Spoke to manager on duty. She said she would let housekeeping know. I took pictures because I didn’t want to get blamed and charged for damages . When I checked out the new manager on duty did not have the previous report I discussed

It was okay enough. Rooms did the job and they were decent. We had a rough time checking in... The front desk lady kept saying we hadn't paid, even though we had the receipt and proof of transaction on our cards. Finally, she just let us go on but we couldn't have access to any wifi and such. It was annoying, but we were on there to sleep, so I just let it be.

The lobby and sitting areas are bright and spacious. The breakfast was great. The room was clean but a bit dated. This is a great location. The hotel is quiet. I paid extra for a room Expedia offered with 2 queen beds and a living area only to find out at check-in that no such room existed at this hotel (King suites only).
