"This, in my humble opinion, is the best place to stay in Santa Cruz. It’s DIRECTLY in the middle of town—it’s easy to get anywhere from the hotel. The property is adorable. The pool is great. The bar is open late and the food is good. The rooms are updated and super cute. Whenever friends come to see our daughter at UCSC, I always recommend it. We love it ."

"If you want a property right next to the beach (1 minute walk), this is the property for you. Very big home with two kitchens and 2 living rooms as well as 2 outdoor decks, multiple bathrooms, a huge family dining table, amazing game room with all the games and beach supplies you could want, with plentiful driveway parking, washer and dryer, 2 minute walk to delicious mom & pop restaurant with tacos/enchiladas/etc and small corner store. Of note, it is required to wash, dry and replace all dishes that are used, dump all trash in outdoor dumpster, and wash/dry/fold all towels used. Child and pet friendly. We ran into a bit of a time-crunch at the end of the trip, but understandable request. We highly recommend and would stay again if in the area."
