"Elevator close to our room (far end of the building) went out of service. The door on the second floor exit wasn’t working. We were forced to use the stairs and/or elevator on the opposite end of the building. We left the hotel early in the morning and returned around lunch hour and the elevator was still out of service and the 2nd floor stairs entrance/exit wasn’t working either. I called front desk to complain about the situation and the girl who answered was very rude saying that they tried...

"I usually have a good stay with this hotel for years. This time was very dissapointed. I work most of the night working in saving street kids . Checked in at 1am. Went right to bed. Got up at 8am to shower and go to work again. Well the shower was maybe a drizzle and wouldn’t get hot, normally I would just figure it out but I worked 14 hours the day before and slept about 6-7 hours before another long day. "I was in room 415 and it was a decently clean room. when I entered the room, I realized that there were no towels or wash clothes.. No biggie. Housekeeping was just outside my room that they had what I needed.. Right outside my window was a house that started blasting music from about 5 to 630 on Sunday night. Again, no fault to the hotel, but kind of annoying.. the staff here were very pleasant and helpful. Price was right too."
