It contains three bedrooms and three baths in the ground-floor portion, and the central area has a loft space ideal as a fourth bedroom or as a hangout for kids.

It has its own private swimming pool, heated flooring, and an inviting open floor plan, as well as a modern well-equipped kitchen. This is a GREEN house with solar panels for hot water.

This Home offers air conditioning, WiFi and DirectTV.

The finca boasts acres of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc grapes, an organic vegetable garden, rows upon rows of raspberries, and farm-fresh eggs. We also offer a family-friendly opportunity to participate in the operation of a working farm and vineyard.
