One of our rooms wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time. The advertised pool was still being dug. The advertised breakfast wasn’t free. The lounge and snacks advertised to go with our package wasn’t free as we were told.

The hair dryer in my room did not work, after complaining no one fixed it or let me use a different hair dryer. There was some kind of red sauce or blood on the ceiling in my room. I showed the front desk person, but nothing was done about it. There were little bugs crawling on the floor in my room. ...
