"I'd like to point out that the room was clean and spacious (there were four of us). The breakfast was delicious, and they could make you an omelet or scrambled eggs upon request. Parking was also easy. But I especially want to point out that the hotel owners managed to create a truly homey atmosphere, and when I returned to my room, I felt like I was "coming home"! And for that, I'm especially grateful! If I have the opportunity, I'd happily return to this hotel.Our vacation in "

"Even though Bruno the driver forgot to pick is from the airport. We had a lovely stay the staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Including helping us book a rental car and having Bruno taking us to the airport to Pick it up. We enjoyed relaxing lunches the schnitzel with cranberry sauce was delicious! We had a very memorable stay the mountain views and the nature was just amazing. One evening we went to Innesbruck and there just happen to be a shopping night the town was alive...

"A truly amazing hotel, the room and especially the view something else. The breakfast is excellent and it has 2 bus stops right outside that take you to Innsbruck in 20 mins. The spa is really good also. Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in."

"The staff personnel were all professional, personable and helpful. They provided Laundry service (for a fee) for stays longer than one night. The service was worth it and convenient. Breakfast was World Class with a variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurts, eggs, Lox, coffee(s) and fresh fruit! Although about a ten minute drive from the city center it was not an inconvenience at all. The location is great for visiting the Swarovski Crystal Museum which should be a must stop if visiting...

"The only thing missing was air conditioning. I booked because I thought it said air conditioning but there was none. However, I will say this is one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and the location on the river is amazing. The type of hotel you make a trip just to stay at the hotel"

"This property is brand new and the shower all filled the bathroom with 1/2” of water the staff was unable to assist. They made piles of towels to block the water from the poorly built bathrooms they are all like this. No concessions could be made by the hotel"
