Casita access is right through the front door which has smart lock. The lock closes automatically when closed. Casita you will access through the alley around the back of the house there is a gate that you enter and park. There is one parking space back there.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.
You will be staying on the North East side of Tucson. This offers walking distance to Roadhouse Cinema, Tucson Medical Center and some local shops and stores! Nearby is also also some local hiking and biking trails.
If you are staying close you can utilize walking as your main transit, but Tucson is very spread out and for most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.

AC should be set no lower than 70 degrees at any time.
Leave all furniture in place, do not move or rearrange.
House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails.
Please place ALL trash in garbage bins.
Please ensure all gates are closed at departure and when not in use. Main House parking in front. Casita parking behind house from alley access. Driveway parking available for both.
Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.
Air conditioning should be turned to 80 degrees checkout (summer bookings)
Heat to be set to 55 at checkout (winter bookings)
Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.
Must place covers on all outdoor furniture on patio prior to checkout or when not in use (if provided).
Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.
Do not flush personal hygiene products or paper towels.
Please leave washing machine door open after use to avoid condensation in between stay's.
Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine.
