Amazing stay. The computers were down when we checked in but the staff worked hard to get everyone checked in and in their rooms manually. The pool was amazing, food was excellent.

It doesn't quite stand up to "Resort" level service. The staff is nice enough, but it would be nice if there was good coffee somewhere on the property in the afternoon. The food quality isn't very good, but you're not allowed to bring other food products onto the grounds. The pool was nice with the family.
Everyone was friendly and room was clean. It was busy since 4th of July weekend, however, the staff from the moment my car drove in handled us very well.

This was a beautiful property. It’s just an old property. The rooms are showing their age, but they were clean. The location is wonderful at the base of the mountains. The grounds are very nice. The pools were well kept.
It was a beautiful property with amazing Mountain View’s. There was no official walking trails to go out and enjoy the view and cool morning weather. Bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Room was very clean and spacious, pool was nice, a movie was playing for the kids, no fence around it. Staff were very kind and helpful. We were greeted by every staff we encountered and asked us if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this beautiful resort. Check out was easy we joined the Hilton rewards for free and immediately earned points to check out at 1 pm instead of 11 am. That was awesome!
Nice overall stay but definitely a little older of a location. The restaurants onsite were not that great. It was also disappointing that the adult only pool doesn't have bar service.
Nice place . Needs some updates and more staff. Some of the staff seemed overwhelmed, especially at the lounge bar in the evening
When we arrived and we were able to have a drink at the bar at 11 AM, the staff was very kind and friendly! Great job Mikal !
Yvonne was great! The rest of the staff was fine. Pool was super crowded and ended up having to go to the adult pool which is a bummer because there’s no food or drinks there.
We had a lovely stay at the El Conquistador! Comfortable, spacious rooms with great beds. Excellent food poolside and at the Sun Cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved having the golf course options so close by! We would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.
The property was beautiful and clean. There was one night our neighbors were a little roudy but the pool area was nice and the bar as well , the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable.
It was just a lovely experience. Room and grounds were lovely. Restaurant had wonderful food and wine and everyone that worked there were so helpful and friendly.
