The room was larger than expected and the hotel offered a lot of amenities! The breakfast was amazing blending of international cuisine and changed daily! It’s close proximity to both the train and bus stations allowed for easy exploration of both the city and Japan!
Two things of note: the hotel room can feel stuffy due the humidity and the room we stayed in could use some upgrades.
Overall our stay was great and don’t forget to try the local banana jam (bought two jars home with me)!!!

I stayed there for 2 nights to visit my friend and attend my school near the hotel. The hotel is located perfectly right next to the Tsukuba Express train station. Although I didn’t need to get a room before 15:00 check-in time, I wanted to make sure I could check in before midnight. The hotel staff was very kind to check in with me at 12 noon (without giving me a key) to guarantee my easy arrival. The hotel is very clean with a nice size public hot spring bath. There is a washer/dryer unit...

While it was unfortunate that it rained during our stay, the scenery from the bath was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by vibrant greenery. The room was spacious and elegantly designed with a traditional Japanese feel. The meals were delicious, and the staff provided exceptionally polite and attentive service. Located in the mountains, the hotel offered a peaceful setting where we could truly connect with nature. It was a wonderful getaway, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
