"The place was comfortable and beautiful. I had a separate sitting area the staff was helpful. llike mostley housekeepers.The bedroom area was extremely large and had a indoor balcony set up. The bathroom was a little tight that was the only inconvenience.Beaides that it was everything plus more. Very nice in door and outdoor pool area. A beautiful restaurant and I very nice open bar in the middle of the lobby. So that was a great surprise. I will definitely be staying again.."

"The Charleston Inn is absolutely charming! Our room and the Inn were clean. The staff is exceptional. Chastina and Mavia truly know what customer service means! The shops on Main Street were very close, so we parked our car and walked. There are many excellent restaurants too! Our trip to Hendersonville, NC was wonderful!"

"The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 26 (but far enough from the highway that you never hear the traffic). It’s ten minutes to downtown Hendersonville, 25-35 minutes to downtown Asheville, and close to the myriad summer camps in the area. I have stayed here a few times when picking up nor dropping off my son for Camp Pinnacle. I like it for its cleanliness, ease of getting to and from, the quality staff, and the reasonable prices."

"The room was very nice, It was promptly cleaned very early each day and plenty of clean towels and amenities were provided. I liked the nightlight in the bathroom! Ample parking was available. There was a good selection of hot and cold breakfast foods and the coffee was excellent I would have liked a brighter make-up type mirror and a freezer section in the mini fridge would have been useful. My biggest surprise was that there wasn't an in room safe"

"I was worried when I saw this was a “doors open to outside motel” setup, and I was told the area isn’t great but I needed to be near the Spartanburg Hospital Hospice and this location was perfect. Despite my reservations upon arriving, I’m so glad I stayed! The front desk staff were so friendly! When I checked in, I requested a quiet spot with no connecting room, and I was put into the room next to the front desk area - it was super quiet and I had no neighbors at all. Breakfast is waffles, yogurts, cereal, and toast stuff. Simple but good. SUPER COMFY BED - I couldn’t believe it. Also a great massage shower and ice cold AC. Would stay again!"
