"Very friendly and helpful staff , breakfast very good for a continental style and hot choices available at extra cost. Parking very good and free to use, easy check in and out. One small note, the rooms are on the upper levels so if you have mobility issues best to contact the hotel first . Brilliant location right in the heart of Truro. Will be staying again."

"Nice sized room with an en suite. Booked for one night to end our camping trip as the weather was awful and it had all we needed. Carpets and some decor are out dated but it was clean and had a lovely view of the cathedral."

"The location was perfect. However the views in the listing were inaccurate. We could not see the ocean from the back seating area as the hedge was overgrown. The table was not in great shape. Inside the beanbags provided in the living room were filthy as were the curtains and they were also ripped. The bathrooms were dimly lit and only 2 bedrooms had any hanging space. We still had a great family holiday, but the overall feeling of the property was tired and worn. Some TLC would go a long way."
