Ascend the stairs to the main great room, which features a spacious and comfortable couch and chairs arranged around a stone hearth with a wood stove and a smart TV. The open dining area accommodates eight guests, while the spacious and newly remodeled kitchen showcases rich cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom, located off the great room, is equipped with king-size furnishings and boasts an en suite bathroom with a double sink vanity, a step-in tub, and a stand-up shower. Additionally, the main floor includes a game table that seats six and is stocked with board games, and a large deck where you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. After a fun day on the slopes, unwind in the hot tub, and in the summer, enjoy dining outdoors while grilling on the gas BBQ.

Downstairs, you'll discover a separate hangout space, complete with a large seating area, a pool table, a game table, and a smart TV. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms located on this level. Two additional suites are available: one with a king-sized bed and a smart TV, and the other with a queen bed, both featuring en suite bathrooms. Please remember that living in the mountains and staying in a private home means that there are some things we cannot control. For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you are patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case by case basis.

We will do everything we can to insure the hot tub is in working condition prior to arrival. In the event that the hot tub is inoperable during your stay, we offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. No other discounts or concessions will be offered.
