"All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy welcoming check in. A huge fresh selection at breakfast every morning from fresh fruit, yogurts, meats, cheeses, fish, cooked foods, bread, pastries, gluten free options, various coffees, teas, smoothies, juices and more. Room was very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from our 9th floor room. The airport bus stops right outside the hotel and is easy to book. Is located about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. We ate at the hotel most nights food was delicious."

"Really enjoyed our stay , the hotel was situated conveniently close to the centre and not too far from where we had disembarked from a Havila cruise boat . There was also a bus stop outside the hotel where you could catch a shuttle bus to the airport . The restaurant had a good selection of meals available for an evening meal and the breakfast had a wide range of items available with a great view as an added bonus. In the evening we had a fabulous view of the northern lights visible from the area outside the restaurant so were very lucky in that respect . Staff were friendly, helpful and informative . Our room was comfortable and spacious . Would totally recommend."

We knew that breakfast was included, but we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel also offered complimentary coffee, tea, and cake from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., as well as a complimentary buffet dinner at 6:00 p.m. The staff were extremely nice, always smiling, polite, and very helpful. These wonderful extras really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel!"
