"Initially we felt a little disappointed inspite of an incredible welcome. Our room had no towels and was a little tired with stains on the sofa. The shower head was positioned so water shot through gap in screen all over the floor. So we could only have hand held showers. However the rest of the hotel was beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful Breakfast service was a bit hit and miss at times. Though maybe trainee staff. The lady who bought out food was incredible constantly restocking and cleaning. We booked this hotel due to private beach but we're told it had closed day before. However we were ok as discovered some other places and lots of beach and sunbeds to choose from. Inspite of this. The hotel served it's purpose and I would recommend and or go back. I just think we didn't get the advertised refurbished room. Thankyou for a great visit."

"So close to the mountains you feel like you can touch them from your room. This hotel is beautiful and has that upscale luxury feel to it with a full service spa. The word palace is in the name and it definitely belongs there. The lobby has a palatial feel with high ceilings and nicely upholstered furniture. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are huge and luxurious with nice amenities. This property gives you a resort feel and I could easily spend a week here. Its 5 minute drive from the ruins at mystra and into town which has everything. The property is a little difficult to get to due to typical tiny and twisting roads but is well worth the effort. They have their own olive Grove and what looks like a small ancient home in ruins on site. This is a special place serving luxury and that great Greek hospitality with excellent food. You need to stay here!"
