Staff we very accommodating to manage our bags as we had a flight arrival prior to check in. As with many apartments in European cities there is no lift but 1st floor apartment was ok. "Fantastic central location. Staff were very attentive, couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful quirky hotel, gorgeous decor. Breakfast was delicious. We booked a junior suite as I love a quirky bath when we are away on a winter break. Unfortunately not all junior suites have them and ours didn't but they quickly found us another room which wasn't a suite but had the bath I wanted and a gorgeous view out onto the river. We were pleasantly to surprised to discover that we had received a refund the next day for the difference in room prices, something we hadn't asked for. Would definitely recommend Hotel Lobby especially for a special occasion."
