"Staff was awesome. I forgot her name (she worked night shift), but she was extremely friendly and pleasant. She even made us some pretty good drinks. The only issue I have is really an issue with most hotels nowadays where there's no in room microwave. Also, the in room mini fridge wasn't plugged in so we had to wait a few hours for our stuff to actually be chilled on the fridge. Outside of that, excellent stay "

"Breakfast is always good and the desk staff is friendly and professional. The only issue I had was on Thursday of my stay, we were out of the room for most of the day. When we came bac in the late afternoon, around 2pm, the room was still not done but housekeeping came to do our room. I told the lady that we will be out in 30 minutes and she needs to come back. But when we got back after 8pm, the room was not done at all. This was not good. Our room was available to be cleaned for over 8 hours. Very disappointed."

"The host was very welcoming and it was nice she checked in after our first day to make sure all was well. The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Everywhere we went we could either walk to or was only a short drive. For being downtown it was a quiet location. "

"Our stay involved repeated and concerning sanitation issues.In the original unit, we discovered food residue on dishes and cookware, and most concerning, a used condom and wrappers in a dresser drawer that was accessible to a child. We were relocated after reporting this.Despite assurances that the alternate unit had been personally inspected and cleaned, additional personal items from a previous guest (used underwear) were later discovered under bedroom furniture after we had already settled in.A maintenance issue (broken microwave handle door) was also reported during the stay.When we inquired about extending our reservation, we were informed there had been complaints about us, though no details were provided. Additionally, the extension pricing discussed differed from the rate shown through the platform.While relocation was offered, the repeated cleanliness oversights and inconsistent communication made the experience stressful, particularly while traveling with children. We encourage future guests to inspect thoroughly upon arrival."
