We had a wonderful stay at the L'incomparable. The spa & wellness area is excellent. The garden is wonderful and the sight to the lake from the hotel is unique. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fulfilled always our wishes. We can recommend this hotel and we will certainly come back.

Très bien avant le Check out

Très beau séjour avec un personnel souriant et bienveillant. Belle chambre la n*3 mais les personnes en terrasse nous voient et cela nous a gêné. Sinon literie salle d’eau impeccable. Dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel très très bien. Un gros bémol sur le Check out où l’on nous a refusé de rester à la piscine ensuite alors que la veille il pleuvait à notre arrivée. Nous voulions déjeuner au resto mais nous sommes donc partis un peu comme des pestiférés. Vraiment plus que dommage

Tout proche de l'incomparable!

Il ne manque vraiment pas grand chose pour atteindre la perfection. Le site idéalement situé, au calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. L'architecture du bâtiment est elle aussi impressionnante avec un parc extérieur somptueux, c'est un vrai régal de s'y promener. Le personnel souriant et accueillant, est présent en nombre tant pour l'accueil que pour les services. Les petites attentions ont été multiples et très appréciées, tant pour nous que pour nos deux petits chiens avec qui nous avons pu séjourner. Les chambres sont conformes aux descriptions, il n'y a rien à redire. La restauration aussi vaut le détour, avec des plats raffinés et très bien travaillés. Nous n'avons pas profité du spa ni de la piscine par manque de temps, mais les avons visités, et nul doute que vous en serez ravis. Nous avons passé un moment d'exception dans cet hôtel au cadre enchanteur. Il serait tout de même bon de ne pas surveiller de trop près la clientèle lorsqu'elle part chercher des affaires dans le véhicule le jour du départ, sans doute de peur qu'elle parte sans payer la note, ou tout du moins de faire cela beaucoup plus discrètement. C'est la seule chose qui m'a personnellement laissé bouche bée. Pour ce qui est de la propreté c'est très bien, mais peut mieux faire ( toile d'araignée au pied de la lampe, vitres pas très bien nettoyées (on ne voit que ça au soleil) et un peu poussière sur les lustres. Rien de bien méchant, mais à ce prix... Tout de même un grand bravo à toute l'équipe!

Jättefint hotell men något överprisat

Jättefint hotell med fina rum, omgivning och poolområde. Synd att träden vid poolen blockerade utsikten över sjön sett från poolområdet. Något dyr frukost mot vad som erbjuds och även något överprisat / rum/natt jämfört med andra hotellvistelser jag haft i samma prisklass fast med andra förutsättningar, som varit bättre då.
