"This was our second visit. That should tell you something. We again liked the inn with good variety of of breakfast options, room was spacious, plenty of free parking. It was convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. Dinner, optional extra, is available and very good quality. We would like to visit again. "

"Exceptional service from friendly and generous hosts. Stayed 2 nights, good location for exploring Cornwall. Room was snug as described, spotlessly clean and comfortable. John and Amy are great hosts. Small things like having fresh milk available to guests for tea or coffee and having access to the breakfast room for dinner made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast options were varied and delicious. Overall I can't say enough about how great the hosts are. Would recommend to friends and family...

"Great accommodation and good communication. very clean and friendly. This was the perfect location for my weekend stay in Falmouth. Conveniently located between the Beach and the town, just 10 mins to either. Free road parking was a plus. 5 mins from the train station. "

"Breakers is a short walk from Fistral Beach and Newquay, the double room was a good size, bed was comfy and room was clean. Shared bathroom was clean and there was a couple available so didn't cause an issue. A great value place to stay to have easy access to Newquay, there is on street parking which was full, but a public car park is available over the road, for £8 for 24 hours."
