I have copies of the emails telling them of the date and time of arrival but between the Hotel and Expedia they chose to ignore our arrival. I'm 67 and my husband is 72 with mobility issues and we were stranded in Sibiu until we checked into another hotel at 3.40am - very poor customer service all round - will NEVER book with Expedia ever again."
