"The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop."

"It was very close to a lot of things like SM Aura, the unit is clean and the host was very helpful and communicated instantly. The unit has the necessary amenities although didn’t check out the pool nor the gym. Not the unit’s fault- but at one point only one elevator was working and the hallways were very warm. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"I would highly recommend due to the wonderful staff alone. The residences had a couple issues with maintenance and odor at check in. However the staff immediately got to work to resolve all issues and made our family stay unforgettable. Our family had an urgent trip home due to a death in our family and the staff at the shangrila made our stay very comfortable. The even gave our family a floral arrangement to take home and it really touched our heart at the level of attention and care they provided."

"This hotel is cute and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the building had so many issues from the day we checked in. Lost power for a long time, we were asked to pack up in the middle of the night to be transferred to Seda. This was on the day we just checked in. We already unpacked so it was such an added stress to repack everything in the middle of the night. Then we waited for a long time in the lobby to be shuttled to Seda but they found a room for us to stay for the night, then we we were able to stay until a few days before our check out, AGAIN, we were told to pack up due to more power outage issues and sent to Seda. At that point, we were so done with all their power issues and happy to leave (though not happy that we have to pack, unpack, pack and unpack repeatedly during the a couple of weeks' stay. There were a lot of sections in the hotel lobby to sit in but they told us not to sit in a certain area. We found that annoying. We're guests and the area has lots of tables and seats, why can't they extend some hospitality to let us sit there. "
