"The property doesn't look like a hotel, nothing work, the pool was out of service, the TV doesn't work, there is no wifi on property. A restaurant with no food and no beverage not even water. The room only has 2 outlet. If the tv is on that left you with one other choice. No iron or iron board. The worst i ever seen for that price"

"I stayed for 4 nights, and the majority of the time I spent at the hotel. My accommodation needs changed somewhat upon arrival, and the staff dealt effectively with my requests. "I really appreciated the hotel’s unique design, with its charming bungalow-style apartments that give the place a distinctive feel. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The food was good, although a bit overpriced compared to similar hotels in Haiti. That said, there is room for improvement. The pool was not as clean as expected, and the internet connection was very poor, which can be frustrating for longer stays. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for a place with character."
