"The staff was excellent and attentive. Checking in and out was a breeze. Tables weren’t cleaned soon after people left after breakfast. Many times you had to wait for a table. Breakfast was decent."

"Bed was nice and comfortable but the room and the en-suit were very small. if you spent any time in your room, you had no choice but to lie on the bed. The hotel services and the spa were great and it was situated in a lovely area of Bournemouth. Would book again but just wish there was more space in the actual room."

"This hotel is very clean and in a perfect location for cruises! There is lots of shopping nearby and it’s a 16 min walk or 6 min uber to the port. The front desk staff is helpful and attentive. They allowed us to store us our bags before check in time because our room wasn’t ready yet. The room was large, the beds comfortable, the bathroom well appointed and clean."
