The holiday home is located in a delightfully quiet and sunny area of the authentic lake resort town of Toscolano Maderno. Within 2-5 minutes walk away, guests will reach local bus links, restaurants, amenities, the beach along with the new promenade to Maderno and Toscolano harbour (all three being 250-300 metres away) and the ‘Villa Romana dei Nonii Arrii’ attraction. Within a 14-17 minute stroll away, guests will reach the sailing club, lakeside lido beach and ‘Emilio Ghirardi’s botanical gardens. Further along the Lake Garda shore, the famous garden attraction of ‘Vittoriale degli Italiani’ can be reached (9 minutes drive away).
