"Property is secluded from the main house and beside a pub underneath that just serves 4 expensive things for dinner only there is no other amenities in this place. The room is big and beautiful but nothing else is going on."

"Limited parking spaces. Outdated and unsafe building structure with broken ceiling. Reception staff blaming poor service for outdated hotel. Cleaning staff accommodating, rooms are clean. We refused to even consider the restaurant and pool with the poor condition of the lobby and hotel building. If it’s just for a place to sleep, the rooms are fine, the “leisure” paid for is non existent."

"Family room was very clean. The bunk bed were a bit squeeky and not too confortable but for one or two nights, it's fine. Plenty of parking and very quiet. Beautiful view on Ben Nevis. For the price, it is worth it."

"The property was nice and clean. It is not a stand alone property. It's in a building with other commercial space and there are 2 separate entries, depending on your unit #. Otherwise, no issues."

"It provides basic accommodation, which was all we required for an overnight stay, while walking the Great Glen Way. I would not choose the Ox for a longer stay, but the chalet was clean and reasonably well appointed and the staff were friendly."

"Treetops has 5 stars not because it’s the most beautiful location and room ever (it totally is), but the hosts are the most lovely people you will meet in all of Scotland. What an amazing time we had here. The room was gorgeous, the views were perfect and it had everything we could have ever wanted + needed. Will definitely be back in the future, can’t recommend them enough"
