Prepare to bring some toilet paper and, as previous reviews have mentioned, you’ll be retrieving linens and towels in the carport in tubs and bringing them upstairs. This unit is up 2 flights of stairs, but it was worth it for the ocean view! "

"Great location; well away from any of the crowds. Wide, expansive beach. This property has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas that can be used. The two levels of porches allow for larger families to spread out. Loved the two rocking adirondacks on the top level. A gaming table in the living room allowed us to keep the dining table to be used at all times."

"The house is great but renters should be aware that he main bedroom on the top floor and one of the bedrooms on the second floor do not have access to a closet as the closets in those rooms are locked and reserved for the owner"

"Nice little apartment, short walk to the beach. Has great potential. The bathtub faucet is almost broken.The water line to the washer is leaking. The house has roaches and ants. Needs a extra mirror somewhere and shelves in bathroom."
