In particolare ho segnalato due volte un disservizio (mancanza di segnale Sky) e non è stato risolto. La mia richiesta di rimborso di parte della quota del soggiorno è rimasta ignorata "

Pulizia della struttura buona con possibilità di miglioramento nei dettagli."
