"Well, the start to our stay wasn’t the best. We showed up an hour and a half past check-in time and they did not have a room cleaned for us and then had to wait another half an hour so at the beginning I was a little upset. The property was beautiful. The pool was nice. I was a little upset. We spent four hours at the pool and no one restocked the towels the whole time until we came to the front office. I did expect a little more. I’ve never been to a hotel and had to wait that long past...

"I stayed at this hotel twice. My first stay was comfortable, which is why I booked it again without looking at other options. Unfortunately, my second stay was completely different. As soon as I entered my room, I noticed a very strong, unpleasant odor. I reported it immediately and asked to switch rooms, but I was told the hotel was fully booked and that maintenance and housekeeping would resolve the issue the next morning. Instead, it took three more days, multiple follow-ups with the hotel...
