"The hotel is absolutely stunning and you feel like you are literally walking into Europe. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff was all very nice. My only complaint is they should have a coffee shop or coffee machine available as the hours for the restaurant are very limited. "Very poor customer service. The free airport shuttle offered per website was unreachable by phone per instructions and number given and I had to take a car service to get to hotel instead..the matter was not handled well by the front desk staff. Very mediocre hotel"

"I really loved the Collection Property. The staff were extremely nice! The food was amazing. My room with the golf course and pool view are a must for my next visit, I especially enjoyed sitting on my private balcony! One small improvement…. The shower water pressure."

"The room was very clean and the front desk attendant, David, was very helpful. He assisted us with getting a late checkout. We wish that the hotel had a pool or a hot tub, but it wasn’t a great location only five minutes from Manhattan Beach. Our only complaint is that breakfast ended at 9 AM. We really would prefer 9:30 or 10 as we are on vacation. Expedia website said that breakfast went till 930 but it only went till 9 AM. We would not have booked her if we had known that."

The breakfast was very good and the omelette chefs were also very courteous and made delicious omelettes for us. The shuttle was very convenient and the driver was knowledgeable and guided us to the correct terminal after we were somewhat confused about the airline. We were extremely satisfied."

"Avpod at all costs- This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and I travel regularly throughout the US, Europe and Middle East. The hotel was disgusting, the carpets were worn, black with dirt and made your feet feel grimy without shoes. The elevators had buttons held on with cardboard and duct tape. There were also drunk people everywhere and someone even made a racist comment. There was white out in thr bathroom for hot/cold on the shower, the aircon/heating only worked for a fee hrs...
