"I loved the weird 70s decor in the room. Lots of funky lamps, so -- well lit! I do think there should be in-room coffee makers, not teabag type things. I ended up paying for coffee in the lobby. Also the shower took a long time to warm up and the heater didn't seem to work. However the view of the bay from the room made up for all that. And the grounds are amazing. "Loved this place! great staff, clean room, dog friendly. Location to State, and National Parks. It was so QUIET! during our stay, and views of the Bay made it feel like Island time. We were told The restaurant was in the final stages of renovation, and will open soon. Will return, just to to try that. Thanks!"

"Moder, clean rooms w/jacuzzi tub and private outdoor deck. In floor heating; no noisy AC unit. Nice grounds to walk with our dog (pet friendly). Host provided outside movie and got a fire going. Hot breakfast (scrambled & sausage) plus good fruit, cottage cheese, yoghurt with usual coffee and selection of teas. Friendly staff who want to help. Property is well off the road and so peaceful. Restaurants are 5-8 mins away but parking is challenging as these are popular."
