This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat accommodates up to 4 guests (including infants, toddlers, & children), offering a serene getaway. Step outside onto the snowmobile and ATV trail from our property, perfect for winter adventurers. Enjoy lake views, s'mores, and cookouts with the fire pit and charcoal grill. Kayak (first come, first serve) freely on the lake, and let the kids (and adults) have a blast in the game room (common area). For aquatic explorers, rent a pontoon from the neighboring boat rental and cruise the stunning Lake Nokomis for fishing or leisure. Pets are welcome, but we only allow dogs due to owner allergies. We allow maximum of two dogs per stay.
Fire Pit and Grill
For the grill, guests need to buy their own charcoal or propane. Guests should not leave the grill dirty, there would be an additional charge if left unclean.
For the fire pit, guest need to buy their own firewood and bring their own lighter or matches. We do not provide these. Fire on the fire pit should be extinguished before heading off.

• Infants, toddlers, and children are included in the 4 guests limit
• Bring your own wood for the fire pit & charcoal for the grill
• Check-in: 3 PM onwards
• Check-out: 10 AM
• Park within the premises or the resort's parking lot
• Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM
• Clean as you go
• Do not damage the property
• Always prioritize safety
• Clean grill after use ($50 additional fee if left dirty)
• We don't allow cats due to family allergies
• Pick-up after your pets
• Pets are not allowed on furniture and bed
• Always put pets on leash when outside
• No parties or events allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is not followed.
