Hola el servicio es excelente, pero no hay clima en la alberca, por ende si quieres entrar debes esperar después de las 2 pero el sol no alcanza a calentar toda el agua.

Los cuartos muy bonitos, el personal muy amable. El desayuno un poco lento. Tienen un restaurante para cenar que esta muy caro y vacío, deberían hacer un menú más accesible pues en Ixtapan no hay mucho donde ir a cenar

No me gustó.

La primera persona del hotel que nos atendió no tenía la amabilidad que creo que debería de tener en un hotel que no cuesta diez pesos por noche, porque es la primera imágen que un huésped tendrá. En la recepción y restaurante tampoco los staffs no tenían profesionalidad. Perdón pero nunca volveré a este hotel.
