Property & Amenities: 3/5 The house itself is undeniably beautiful, boasting a spacious layout and a fully equipped interior. However, maintenance is lacking, with visible cracks on the walls and floors, likely due to construction methods. Some of the equipment are outdated, which slightly affects the overall experience. The pool, while a great feature, does not have a heater, making it quite cold at night this could be a downside. Technology & Connectivity: 2.5/5 Two of the TVs were not functional, and the WiFi signal was weak, which can be inconvenient for guests who rely on a stable internet connection for work or entertainment. This is an area where improvements are needed. Conclusion: This home rental has great potential due to its prime location and beautiful structure. However, the lack of upkeep, outdated equipment, connectivity issues, and difficulty accessing necessities make the stay less seamless than it could be. With better maintenance and minor upgrades, this property could offer an exceptional experience. Recommended for: Guests looking for a peaceful getaway close to the beach and don't mind minor inconveniences related to maintenance and accessibility. Almost forgot to mention: GPS directions provided by the hotel are not entirely accurate, leading to potential confusion for guests. I did not like the stay on this property. The rooms stank. They were not clean and bugs were everywhere. Also the a/c did not work on 2 of the rooms. The web site was not clear of the correct location. There was nothing to do there at all, not even to buy drinks and the beach was far from the property. Everything it's a dirt road in that town, maybe thats the reason why everything took long to get to places. I do NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. Absolutely ridiculous I will NEVERRRRR IN MY LIFE WASTE MONEY ON A HOUSE LIKE THAT AGAIN. IF I COULD I WOULD POST PICTURES OF THE HOUSE AND THE POOL WAS SO CLOUDY AND DIRTY. The guards were very helpful and very nice. THE ONLY THING about the place.

Very clean room, cold AC, full kitchen and easy access! This resort is a work in progress as they are building out the rooms but the completed rooms are excellent and great. Nice staff with easy access to motorcycle rentals, beach, etc!

Personal muy amable y atento. Tardaron un poco en dar la casa por lo que estuvo ocupada anteriormente pero de ahí todo bien, nos dieron un poco más de tiempo para el check out. Para mientras fuimos a visitar playa gavilan. La casa bien para pasar en familia camas muy cómodas aire funcionando, cocina equipada y asador equipado. El único detalle fue la limpieza del baño del primer nivel nos la entregaron con un poco de mal olor. Pero casa muy bonita y con una vista espectacular desde cualquier punto de la casa, una atardecer espectacular.

We ended up getting stuck on the dirt road to the property , After walking the rest of the way the road/neighborhood where the 8 homes were situated was nothing but dirt all around. Only thing was finished was the home inside, no backup power which is a must in those parts of the country, etc. UNACCEPTABLE!
