We had a wonderful stay at Grand Monday Ginza. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Tokyo. What truly made the stay special was the staff—they were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel very well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Grand Monday Ginza to anyone visiting Tokyo. Grand MONday is absolute gem!! We love the hotel, room is so clean and very nice set up. The staff are amazing, they went beyond my expectations for helping celebrating my 20th anniversary. From the upgraded our room to the decorations and the cakes. Highly recommend this hotel and I will be back here again when I'm back for another japan trip. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great stay for a large group (2 adults and four kids). A washer/dryer in the suite was a godsend. The staff was great, and it was only a few blocks from Hatchobori Station, meaning that getting around Tokyo by train was super easy. Definitely a good base of operations for a family trip!

Wonderful, spacious room that went beyond our expectations. More than enough space for me and two teenagers. In room laundry was a huge bonus for a hot week in Tokyo in August. 10/10 would stay here again!
