Perfectly located between 2 railway lines. Clean. Perfect shower and bathtub after a long flight. This hotel isn’t about wowing you, it is clean, cheap and convenient.
Air can cooling perfect every season...the building stays at a thermostat temperature; additionally there is a heating cooling system in the room. Every room has excellent and easy wifi. The bedding and towels always impeccably clean. I LOVE the hot water after long flights; and the tub / shower is soo deep and ...HOT water! It is PERFECTLY located between the two major train stations in Kamata. There is a 7-11 right on the corner (the best / cheapest and easiest way to stock on Yen).

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The building is a bit dated, and some things were slightly dirty (air con remote). But the room is otherwise comfortable and the surrounding area is peaceful
Excellent budget hotel, located conveniently between Kamata and Keikyu-kamata train stations (slightly closer to the latter). Friendly and helpful staff, and - as you would expect in Japan - everything is spotless.
My mothers room had bedbugs, when staff was called they just sprayed the bed and called it a day until my mom requested a room change. The mattress was soiled under the covers.
Smelled strongly of smoke everywhere despite booking a non smoking room. Staff highly inflexible and unhelpful. Would not even allow a friend to visit for less than 2hrs. Much better hotels in the area for similar price.
