All staff are very helpful. Many shops and restaurants are nearby, mainly Korean’s. It’s in the quiet area but you can smell the cooking food if the restaurants are busy. Room size is ok but no chair to sit and no closet and shelves for clothes, only few hooks. Wish they have luggage stand, safe and hand lotion.

It's an older hotel, everything is very small. But, the staff are super friendly, they clean your room every day, and the location is excellent. For the price, it's a good value.

Clean room and check in person was friendly. Great for just sleeping and getting cleaned up. Also in the Korean experience location of Japan. Location of hotel is not as clean as the rest of Japan. But close to public transportation.

This is a lovely hotel staffed with kind and helpful employees. The only downside is that it’s in Korea Town so less Japanese food options close to the hotel, compared to Korean options.

Great location! The staff were so helpful and welcoming, it really made the first night in Tokyo a great start to our long trip. Walking up to the bedroom door made me very nervous, as a 6ft tall person having to duck down to enter, but relief came as the room opened up. Beds were comfy and it was very nice to have the shower and toilet in separate rooms. Not going to lie, the paint job needs an update and the room needs a bit of love, but for the price and location 10/10. Best part of this stay was the staff! They were so welcoming, willing to help with questions and reccomendations, and were willing to let us leave all our bags with them for pretty much the entire day after we checked out. As a long time traveler, I normally am nervous leaving bags, but with them I felt they were safe! Room: 6/10 Staff: 10/10 location: 10/10 Price for room: 10/10

Great room, great staff. Very close walking distance for tons of food options, train stations and shopping at shinjuku. Can be some drunk people walking around, but were non aggressive or confrontational! Neat the party district, so was expected!
