"The biggest thing for us was finding air conditioning and the air con in the room was not as cool as we would have liked for it to be which kinda sucked because we booked the room for one night our last night just because we wanted air con."

"Had to have maintenance attend the room for around an hour to fix the shower hose (cracked) the air con (wasn’t working) and the heated towel rail in the bathroom (wouldn’t turn off and was blazing hot on a 30 degree day). Room was ok in terms of cleanliness but I cleaned some marks off walls myself because it was off putting. Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh."

"Pros: room is clean, staff friendly, shops nearby Cons: bathroom is too small. The sink/vanity in bathroom is so small and shallow that it is not possible to use. Don't close the sliding foldable door for shower fully because there is no handle from the shower side to open it."

"Helpful staff, extremely convenient location when attending an event at wembley stadium. Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice restaurant in the lobby."

"Receptionist on arrival was really unhelpful, didn't want to be disturbed from.playing on his phone. Hotel decor is run down but get what you pay for I guess, was offered a free continental breakfast but it wasn't the best. Location is the only reason I booked this hotel and for going to wembley it was absolutely ideal. However I wouldn't choose it for any other reason"
