"The hot spring bath was excellent; however, it was inconvenient that there was no hook to hold the shower head, and it was disappointing that there was an ammonia-like odor in the bathroom. The sleeping spaces other than the main bedroom were not very functional. On the other hand, the kitchen appliances and tableware were all new and in good condition."

"This property was very nice. Our room was typical Japanese size small partly because we had a single twin which is huge. I highly recommend getting the double twin room. In Japan a twin is more like a full or queen. The hotel buffet has something for everyone. We enjoy staying at the Tobu hotels. Our favorite is Tobu Hotel Levant in Tokyo. Utsunomiya Tobu Hotel Grande is a great stay. Its minutes walking to the Tobu-Utsunomiya Station too."
