You are literally on a remote island that is off the grid! The only place to connect with the outside world is in the main clubhouse where there is satellite internet, which we didn't mind at all bc we were definitely trying to unplug. There are some activities you can do such as your basic water sports or book...

"One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!"

The bed was super cozy, the outdoor kitchen was awesome (make sure to bring all the food/beverages you need), the beach has the most beautiful clear water and loads of star fish and other fish and we were the ONLY people there and had the entire beach to ourselves, the locals were kind when passing and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating and had quick response to questions.
