"Everything is amazing. Great size of rooms. However, I think because the building is very antique. There were termites and every room, especially the bathrooms which didn’t allow us to shower. Besides that the area is perfect, right in the center of the town, walkable to restaurants, Plaza tours, and very short drive to and from the airport."

"The bathroom sink was licking. The bathroom shower was very dirty. There was a piñata hunging on the ceiling of the bedroom with a lot of dust. The restaurant and the spa were out of service. Great location and very helpful and nice staff trying their best with what they can offer. Nice hacienda and quiet environment."

"I booked the property and it was actually through VRBO. The owner stated they would send the door code the day before. The code did not show up. When I arrived at the property, there was another person already staying in the unit. I tried calling the number given and it was not in service. No response from the owner until 2 hours after check in and I already booked another place. The owner did not seem to care about what I told them."
