"Péssima experiência. A suíte não foi a que reservei, a recepcionista não encontrou minha reserva e me colocou em qualquer quarto. A tranca da porta estava em péssimo estado, comprometendo a segurança. A pia vazava, o ventilador fazia muito barulho, e o conforto é muito ruim: cama desconfortável, travesseiros finos e cabeceira estrutura de tijolo. Falta total de manutenção e organização. Não recomendo."

"The hotel was well maintained and staff was nice. I gave the staff a 4 star review because the remote control to the air conditioning unit in the living room did not work and we went to the front desk and the evening staff turned us away and said they would fix it when we left. So for the entire stay that unit did not work and we were there for 6 days. Breakfast was wonderful."
