When I tried to call to find out if it was just my room, the room telephone wasn’t working so I had to call the front desk from my cell phone. No one apologized for the inconvenience and they did not offer anything to make up for the issue. They just said it was out of their control. "

"My wife used a washcloth to help her remove her light makeup. Unknown to us we would be charged $10 for “soiling” a washcloth. It Wash dirty not SOILED! This is a petty way to increase revenue as they likely simply tossed it in the wash and took no further action."
