The apartment "Il Melo" is located in Oldesio (Tignale), in a very quiet location, about 7 km from Lake Garda. "Il Melo" is part of the "Rustikos Il Melograno", renovated with much love to detail native stone house. The apartment is mobilized in a rustic-modern style and has a warm and romantic atmosphere. It has all the comfort to spend a relaxing holiday. On the typical roof terrace you can relax with a unique view of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo massif. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, the tastefully decorated interior of the house and the breathtaking Lake Garda views. Guests have at their disposal a communal courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue and a car parking space. You can also relax in the olive grove with a beautiful garden next door from the house. Rustico Il Melograno offers all guests the opportunity to buy local wine bottles directly from the cellar. About 2 km away is the center of Gardola, where you will find the shops, restaurants, pizzerias, the pharmacy and a doctor's office; About 3km away is the public outdoor pool and the visitor center.
In a few minutes by car or by bus shuttle (free for our guests) to reach the established beach "Pra de la Fam".

Pets Allowed. In the shared parts, please meet the needs of all the guests. The beloved animals have at their disposal two steel bowls and a small mattress to sleep on.
Sport and Fitness: Outdoor swimming pool at about 3 km, tennis at about 2 km, mountain biking directly from the apartment (possibility to rent at Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at the "port of Tignale", golf about 15 km in Golf Bogliaco

Booking formalities:
Check-in / out: The booked apartment is the guest on the day of arrival from 15 00 clock available, our agency is open for the key collection as follows: Monday to Saturday from 15 00 to 18 00 clock
The key handover and the provision of the booked apartment can not be guaranteed after 20 o'clock!
On the day of departure, the apartment must be released by 10.00 clock.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed and guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit and the booking form.
Cancellation:
according to European standards and if there are no further agreements, the following payments will be due for a cancellation:
- from the 40th to the 30th Day before the start of the stay 30% of the total price
- from 29 to 20. Day before the start of the stay 40% of the total price
- from 19 to 10. Day before the start of the stay 60% of the total price
- from 10. Day before the start of the stay 100% of the total price
