Airport Bird & Game Lodge

"A beautiful location, not too far from the airport with a very helpful shuttle service. The price was very good and I very much enjoyed both the evening meal and breakfast. Wayne, the shuttle service driver, was extremely helpful and friendly. There was lots of wildlife and beautiful trees around the lodge. I hope to be able to stay there again."

"I absolutely loved Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! Very modern and a bit upscale so it has a grown and sexy feel to it. Welcoming staff and my room was very clean. Buffet breakfast tasted great also. And there's a mall across the highway in case you want to go shopping. Overall, I highly recommend!"

"Wow. What a lovely, modern hotel. I was thrilled with our room. It was very comfortable and homey. So clean and tastefully decorated. Especially loved the second restaurant on the top floor; great place for late night cocktails and snacks. Highly recommended."

"Only stayed one night and arrived in the early evening and had difficulty finding the location, mostly because the roads in SA tend to not have working street lighting. Friendly well mannered Staff, felt happy the parking was secure enough, great breakfast, spacious but "worn" room with a good view of the river, noisy neighbours though. Had a good rest."
