"This hotel is incredible! The location was ideal and the staff were all incredibly helpful going above and beyond. Typically during a stay you will find one good person, if you are lucky, but here each person made our stay better in a unique way. The hot free breakfast was also phenomenal! We can’t say enough about this hotel and staff!"

"Room was clean, location is excellent, convenient to must see places and to restaurants. Neighborhood is very quiet, safe and the people in the neighborhood are polite. Has two neighborhood grocery stores. There’s no noise in the building or outside. Easy check in and out. Some suggestions and observations: It would be nice if you can provide knives for cutting fruits, coffee maker not working, hot water kettle is working but leaky. Need to check appliances for the next tenant. Overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this place to stay in Braga. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Kids loved the bath tub and two floor suite that we booked. Location was ok and we didn’t try their breakfast. Overall good but the only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was that the Parking overnight was too far with incomplete instructions for the customers traveling from outside Portugal. "

"I had been in the B&B, and cabin rental business for a time a while back, and have to say this hostess and her property blew me away! Where to begin? … Maria met us to deliver the keys, and reveal some goodies. The kitchen table was set, and loaded with local baked goods; the refrigerator contained juice, yogurt, ham, cheese, and a bottle of wine among other things. The front porch, as well as the back terrace were wonderful on the warm days. We took a few meals out back, and often chilled out on the front porch in the evening. The house was spotless throughout. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Linens for the beds and baths were top notch.We were traveling with a 12 year old. We found a community football field right down the street and grandson was able to get in some fun face time with local children willing to kick around the ball some.The location of Maria’s house is conveniently situated close to in town and local markets.All in all we highly recommend this rental, and its hosts without any doubts. "We had a lovely stay at Casanova. The attention to detail in our 2 bedroom suite was incredible. Very cool place with everything thought of. Comfortable beds with soft linens and towels. Amazing breakfast in a really beautiful building. Wished it was warmer to use the pool!"

"The Hotel is short walking distance from the old city center. They have secured parking on the property for extra fee. Overall all nice clean hotel. Only one issue there is no wifi in the room's only in the lobby. They say there is wifi but it's non existent. "
