"Location of this hotel is perfect! You can walk from the train station/airport heading towards the hub all inside then just upstairs into the lobby. Step outside and you have a great selection of restaurants and various places to eat Downstairs and inside on the left is a huge indoor mall underneath the hotel, this also has an air conditioned walkway leading right into the NECC, it’s 1.5km and takes around 15 minutes to walk and during events there’s a shuttle that takes you right to the entrance All in all I had a great stay, room was super comfortable, great view across the restaurant area, sound proof walls and got a great night sleep after long days at the NECC Highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again"

"Hotel is right in the Airport, super convenient if you want to take a train the next day. Very clean and modern. Train station is less than a 10 minute walk inside. Amazing breakfast too!"

"We got a room with twin beds on the fifth floor. Room was nice, bathroom was clean, shops, restaurants were easy walking distance. Bus stop was in front but metro was 2.5 km. The only thing which we didn’t like was the pillows, they were too soft, it went very flat once your head lied on it,"

"I recently had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Shanghai Hongqiao. The location is very convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast offers great choices. Special thanks to Spawn Li, whose service was truly outstanding. From check-in to every request, Spawn was warm, professional, and attentive. Spawn even wrote taxi directions in Chinese for me, which was incredibly helpful. This genuine care made my trip memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you, Spawn Li, for your excellent hospitality and kindness! The gym and pool are also nice. I look forward to my next stay."

"The location is close to the train station (a bit difficult to find). The room was very clean. The facilities in the room were excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of food. I would recommend."

"Staying at this hotel was the best choice for my work trip! Spending 4 days at the convention center doing the trade show and having my hotel just a hallway away from the venue is the best thing! Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and unique presentation. Room was large and comfortable, mattress was a bit on a softer side. The only thing I’d not recommend is dining at the hotel. Chinese restaurant was way overpriced and didn’t taste as good. I’d recommend dining out in the city. Room service was good though, we also enjoyed the coffee and dessert stand in the lobby. Overall, great experience, amazing hotel, and if I ever have to attend another trade show I will stay here again!"
