"The house is very cute and historical. We really did enjoy our stay. It was easy to get in/out of. We are on our way to FL from Oklahoma with two kids and this was cheaper than a hotel room and we had way more space. Unfortunately, the toilet clogs really bad even when just flushing water-so this wasn’t enjoyable. The internet also didn’t work well so we weren’t able to get the TV to connect to the internet. "This place was extremely overpriced for the condition of the room. The hotel was very old and dated. The shower knob was missing. The shampoo dispenser fell off the wall. The water from the shower travels all the way to the carpet at the hallway door. The electric blinds were wired backwards. The hallway lights had fluorescent bulbs falling out. The had two breakfast items on Saturday but none on Sunday, not that I would have eaten that garbage though. $450 for two nights was insane. "

"Thankfully the room was clean and mostly comfortable. We were on the first floor near an exit so we had to listen to a lot of door slamming. It would have been enough to keep me awake if I was a light sleeper. I was taken aback that the property charges a parking fee. I’ve never paid parking for a hotel unless the parking was in a garage. This seems like greed. There was only one person working the bar/cafe/dining area. "
